How many video clips are included in each bundle?
Each bundle varies, but typically there are between 30-60 different clips in each bundle. Check the product description for exact details and file size.

How are the digital video files delivered to me?
After you purchase a bundle, you'll immediately be given access to a download page. You'll also be sent an email with a download link.

What format and encoding are the video files?
All FILMPAC video clips are 4k (3840x2160) resolution with a framerate of 23.976 fps, or 24p. All clips are filmed with a flat LOG color profile for maximum creative flexibility in post production. Videos are encoded with the widely shareable, viewable, editable, and delivery friendly MP4 wrapper with an H.264 codec.

How is FILMPAC different from other stock footage websites?
There are a few differences:
1. Everything is 4k.
2. We offer themed bundles instead of individual clips.
3. Less clutter.

Can I preview the bundle prior to making the purchase?
Yes, on the bundle product page, directly under the player there is a button that says "download preview". This allows you to download a 4k watermarked preview which contains every clip offered in the bundle. It also has a number in the lower left corner to identify each clip in the bundle.

Are standard FILMPAC bundles 'royalty free'?
Yes. Royalty free means you pay for the bundle once, without the need to pay any additional or ongoing fees for each person who sees or uses it.
Our standard royalty free license agreements apply to a broad use and covers about 95% of our customers here at Filmpac, it includes internal, external, digital/web, and local/smaller scale TV broadcast. Custom license agreements are only required for larger scale TV/Film use. Email info@filmpac .com to request information.

Do I need to credit FILMPAC in my video?
No, it's not mandatory to give us credit. If you want to, great, but not necessary. We do ask that if your end product has credits as part of its design, please credit FILMPAC.

Are there any restrictions on how I can use stock footage with people/models?
Yes and no. Even though all of our footage has model release forms on file, footage with images of people can't be used in a way that implies the model is personally endorsing something. They also cannot be used for sensitive subjects. Sensitive subjects are those that could be offensive or highly unflattering to the model or put them in a bad light (this is a grey area which requires judgment), such as medical and health issues, sexual activity, pornography (adult content), substance abuse, tobacco use, or immoral or illegal activity. This is not an exhaustive list so if you're not sure, contact info@filmpac.com.

FILMPAC bundles are non-exclusive...what does non-exclusive mean?
Non-exclusive means that you are not the only person with access to the footage within the bundle. Others customers could also be licensing and using the same item. It's a big world, there's enough FILMPAC bundles to go around.

I'm not sure if my use of my purchased bundle is covered under your normal license. What should I do?
Contact us at info@filmpac.com

Can I re-distribute an item?
No. You can't license a FILMPAC bundle and then make it available to others 'as-is' (that is, as a stand-alone item or as stock). The purpose of the footage within the bundle is to be used by you for your own work, or client work in a broader scope...not to be re-distributed and sold.

Can multiple people within my company have access to the item?
No. Every purchase is a single-user license.

Can I store the item on an intranet so everyone has access?
No, items must be stored in a location where only the purchaser has access.

Is my license transferable?
Generally, your license is not transferable.

Are some clips included in multiple bundles?
No. Every clip is only included in 1 bundle. There may be similar shots from the same model, but never the same shot twice. Never repeated.
